we brewed Glüh Weizen because we missed an accessible winter beer. Most winter beers are very dark and heavy, and therefore not very drinkable. That can of course also be done differently! The style of our winter beer Glüh Weizen is Dunkel Weizen (dark wheat beer). The yeast of this beer produces a typical banana taste, which goes perfectly with the cinnamon and star anise.
